Corleggy Small is a handcrafted Irish farmhouse goat’s cheese produced by Corleggy Cheeses in Co. Cavan. Made from raw goat’s milk and carefully matured for over eight weeks, this semi-hard cheese showcases the distinctive character and quality of traditional Irish goat’s milk cheesemaking.

Beneath its natural rind lies a firm yet supple paste with a beautifully balanced flavour. Fresh goat’s milk notes are complemented by gentle earthiness, subtle nuttiness and a clean tang that develops during maturation. The result is a rustic, characterful cheese with depth and complexity while remaining approachable and versatile.
