Made from raw cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet, this mould-ripened cheese is inspired by traditional Camembert styles while showcasing the distinctive character of Irish farmhouse cheesemaking.

Beneath its delicate white bloomy rind lies a rich, creamy paste that evolves beautifully as it matures. When young, the centre retains a slight chalkiness, gradually softening into a smooth, luxurious texture from the rind inward. The flavour is rich and buttery with fresh dairy notes, subtle mushroom character and a gentle lactic tang that provides balance and complexity.
