Templegall is a handcrafted Irish farmhouse cheese produced by the Hegarty family in Co. Cork from raw cow’s milk and traditional animal rennet. Inspired by the great Alpine cheeses of Europe, this carefully matured cheese combines Irish dairy excellence with a rich, continental-style flavour profile.

Firm and smooth in texture, Templegall develops a beautifully balanced character with notes of sweet cream, toasted nuts and buttery richness. Its mellow flavour is complemented by a gentle savoury depth that becomes more pronounced with maturation, creating a cheese that is both approachable and full of complexity.

Produced using traditional cheesemaking methods and premium raw milk, Templegall is often compared to classic Alpine cheeses such as Comté and Gruyère.
