Pecorino Fiore Sardo D.O.P. is a traditional Sardinian sheep’s milk cheese made from raw milk and animal rennet. Protected by Denominazione di Origine Protetta status, it is one of Italy’s oldest and most respected cheeses, produced exclusively in Sardinia using time-honoured methods passed down through generations.

Firm and richly textured, Fiore Sardo develops remarkable depth of flavour during maturation.
